It finally end !!!

having high jump during sukan tara today !! and i hate it damn much !!

Erhmm....the first time i jumped....dunno what i hit...
OUCH !! PAIN !! jhughkgwejkgh@$@%sjgs!!!
Gosh !! It's really hurt ....
And i had a 瘀青 on my body !!!
